Fourth district in Ibb liberated from Houthis

SANA'A, Aug.10-Pro-legitimacy resistance fighters entered Sunday Al-Radhama district in Ibb, dealing another blow to the Houthis in Ibb. Thus far, four districts in Ibb has been liberated from the Houthis.

Local sources said the pro-legitimacy fighters took over the government compound in Al-Radhma district after the withdrawal of the Houthi militias and forces loyal to former president Ali Saleh.

According to the sources, the Houthis and allied forces left behind heavy weapons including a tank and an armored vehicle which the resistance fighters seized.

Al-Nadira, Alqafr and Hazm Al-Odain districts have been also liberated from the Houthis.

In the same vein, seven Houthis were ambushed in Al-Radhma area as they were coming from Dhale, escaping the fight there.

Ibb was taken over by the Houthi militants backed by loyal forces in October of last year.
