Yemeni Journalists Syndicate calls for releasing detained colleagues

SANA'A, May3-The Yemen Syndicate Journalist organized Saturday a protest at the syndicate's headquarters in Sana'a, expressing solidarity with detained journalists Jalal Al-Sharabi, Waheed Al-Soufi and photojournalist Mohammed Aida. 
The protesting journalists denounced the detention campaign against journalists and all attempts aimed at silencing them. 
During the protest, the journalists called for immediate safe release of their colleagues.
The protestors condemned the assassination attempt against journalist Al-Sharabi. 
They also called for an to oppression against journalists, calling on local and international organizations to show solidarity with the press freedom in Yemen.
